Hawaiian Jerky



  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lb any game meat thinly sliced
     1. Marinade for 12 hours.  Dehydrate 6-8 hours depending on system and desired consistency.
    Cooking Tip: I love “spicy” foods so I use 1/2 teaspoon of the cayenne pepper. When making jerky I make large batches of the marinade just be sure that you don’t marinade the meat more than 12 hours it’s not as good.
