I love roasted pumpkin seeds, they vanish too fast in my presence.
- 1 ½ cups raw whole pumpkin seeds, rinsed removing remaining membrane
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- pinch salt and black pepper
- dash of garlic powder and cayenne pepper
Basically season to your liking
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Toss seeds in a bowl with the oil
and seasonings. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake
for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
