Cream together
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
Sift together
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tblsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 cup milk
add alternately to cream mixture with dry ingredients mix in 2 cups shredded zucchini pour into greased and floured 9×13 inch pan
Top with
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts-optional
bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
