There’s nothing quite like morels and a juicy steak! After a day collecting morels this is what I put together for dinner.
1/4 cup butter
15-20 morel mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley
Sauté garlic for a minute
Add morels and sauté until tender
Remove from heat squeeze juice from one lemon onto mushrooms
Add a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley
Serve over steak cooked to your liking!
