1 pound of red game meat
½ cup red wine
¼ tsp. ground cardamom
⅓ cup oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Whisk ingredients together.
Pour marinade over steaks in glass baking dish.
Let steaks marinade in cool place for 1 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain steaks, keeping marinate.
Broil, grill or pan fry to desired doneness, brushing frequently with marinade while cooking.
